Cartvie is a website technology provider. Merchants receive payments directly and are responsible for their goods and fulfilment.
Required information
- Exact store and page URLs, and a description of the issue.
- Your name, contact email and capacity to act for the rights holder.
- Evidence: screenshots, registration or authorization documents, order references, and relevant dates. Do not send payment card details or passwords.
- For intellectual property claims: identify the protected work or mark, explain the infringement, and include a good-faith statement and your signature.
A report is not an automatic finding of wrongdoing. We assess the evidence, may restrict content where necessary, and allow merchants to respond or appeal. Do not submit knowingly false claims. Urgent threats should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
